**Energy transition transaction experience required**
Viridan Group is partnered with a leading PE firm that provides growth capital to the independent sector of the U.S. energy industry. Since 1988, the firm has raised 24 institutional funds totaling more than $40 billion and currently manages capital on behalf of more than 350 U.S. and international investors.
They are currently looking for an Associate to join their Energy Transition team that is pursuing investment opportunities created by the global transition to a lower-carbon energy system.
The right candidate will have 1-3 years of investment banking and/or private equity experience in the renewables/power space. Associates will be involved in all aspects of the investment process.
